Privacy
The Diabetic Dose is a static site hosted on Netlify (thediabeticdose.com). The free checklist signup uses Netlify Forms to collect the email (and optional first name) you submit.
What we collect
- Email address (and optional first name) when you opt in via the checklist form. Netlify Forms stores it so we can deliver the PDF and occasional practical updates
- Standard hosting/form metadata Netlify may log with submissions (e.g. timestamp, approximate IP for spam protection)
- Standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) if analytics are enabled
- Affiliate click data if you use affiliate links on the Resources page
The checklist PDF is also available for direct download without email signup.
What we do not want
- Protected health information (PHI) submitted through contact forms
- Clinical questions that should go to your care team instead
Third parties
Netlify (hosting + forms), Instagram, email tools, analytics, and affiliate networks have their own privacy policies. Review those before sharing information.
